Snails avoid sheep's wool, because wool requires a lot of mucus to move. The snail is therefore in danger of drying out.
The worm brake is especially suitable for raised plant beds and pallet collars. You can attach the snail brake, for example, with a stapler to the edge of a wooden pallet collar or place it around the plants to be protected.
After a heavy rain, fluff the snail brake.
At its most effective when the brake is protected from rain.
